John has over 30 years’ experience as a senior legal professional working in private practice, government and the corporate world in New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates and Scotland.

John brings a unique perspective and valuable skill set to Jepson Holt, having served as a solicitor to the New Zealand Treasury, General Counsel & Board Secretary, Abu Dhabi Ports Operating Company (ADT), counsel to the Tourism Development & Investment Company (Abu Dhabi) and counsel to G42, the UAE’s cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence company.

His experience includes establishing the legal function at ADT and helping deliver key Abu Dhabi projects; Khalifa Port, the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the World’s first AI University, Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence.
