Matthew Draper
Director
Matthew is the Managing Director of our Midlands office.
He began training as a solicitor but changed career paths in 1997, when he joined the consultancy which pioneered executive search in the UK legal market. He is one of the most experienced legal head hunters in the UK. Matthew has also worked in Asia with a major international search firm.
Matthew has huge experience in client led executive search and senior recruitment in the legal sector and working with senior individuals and teams to help them move to new firms.
Outside work: Deputy President of the Old Nottinghamians Society, Vice President Nottinghamians Rugby Club, playing and collecting guitars.
