We discuss what you want to achieve in the short and longer term. We agree whether what you want is realistic and achievable by you in the world today and the future as we see it. We evaluate what extra skills, experience or insight you need to help you move forward and achieve your goals.
There is one concept that we absolutely believe in and that we want you to come to believe.
There is only one person who is responsible for giving you the skills, experience and insight you need in order to achieve what you want.
You cannot and should not rely on your employer. What you get from them is a bonus but the buck stops with you.
You have to accept accountability for getting what you need to get what you want. In the same way that you would invest in the process of losing weight or improving your fitness by joining a gym you should invest in achieving what you want to achieve and what you can achieve.
